bakerjw Posts: 126 Rating: (18)	If I am understanding you correctly. The S7-1200 PLCs will communicate when connected directly together. But they do not communicate when you connect them to the Motorola radios. Are the serial cables to the radios wired correctly? An RS232 light box should verify this. Do the radios bring up their carrier when they receive data or do they require RTS to be set true to transmit? You may need to use flow control and the set an RTS_ON_DLY on the MB_COMM_LOAD block. The RTS may need to be configured on the radio to bring up the carrier before data is sent.

anass Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Before you start testing with the radio, I did the test that the modem MD2 SIEMENS alone, the connection between the modem MD2 is the CM1241 is done by the cable-ref 6NH7701 4AL. liaision between the two modems is made by the cable-6NH7700 2AR60 RJ12. communication no longer works
