Communication between s7-300 and s7-400 cpu

Saradhi Posts: 303 Rating: (3)	Dear Experts, I am able to communicate s7-300 cpu with IM153-1 remote station via profibus. as well as I am able to communicate s7-400 cpu with IM15131 remote station via profibus. I want to communicate s7-300 and s7-400 cpu's directly via profibus. Please give the confugration if possible sample program. i am not using any cp cards

Eastern Posts: 557 Rating: (64)	Hello, Use DP-DP Coupler bewteen s7300 & 400 PLC for profibus comminication. if you do'nt buy hardware you can go GD circle on MPI port. Regards
