Dearyogesht , First decide which protocol your meter supports, I think this meter(conzerv ) supports only MODBUS RS 485. I am not clear about your product!! Search in this forum for modbus sample program...... |

Hello yogesht; The following datasheet for Conzerv powermeters is from the Weschler Instruments webpage. Your odel is not mentionned. Conzerv Power and Energy Meters NEW Now it seems that Schneider has purchased the Conzerv line, but your model is still not available on their website. Here is the closest I have found from Schneider on the Conzerv EM 6__ powermeters: Download User Manual - Schneider Electric In both sources the only protocol supported seems to be Modbus RTU (as a slave) on a RS-485 interface. If this is the case for your EM 654 then you would need a Modbus RTU master on the S7-300 rack. On the central rack this will require a CP 341, with a Modbus RTU master (licensed); basic information can be found here: SIMATIC S7-300/S7-400 Loadable Driver for Point-to-Point CPs: MODBUS protocol, RTU format, S7 is master A cheaper solution, if you already have a ET 200S Profibus-DP slave station, could be to insert a 1SI serial module to connect as a Modbus Master: SIMATIC ET 200S Serial interface modules Hope this helps, |
