Dear Vladimir, I guess the easiest way for you would be to use the OPC Server and its Items. |

Dear support, Regarding to the communication between Siemens S7-300 and Vijeo Citect 7.0 over the SIMATIC NET IE SOFTNET-S7 Lean, I have some questions about the FAQ you sent me How do you use the variable symbols defined in STEP 7 with the OPC server of SIMATIC NET? I think I did everything as it said there. I've sent you in attachment a printscreens of my configuration from PLC and from remote computer where I've installed Simatic Softnet and where Vijeo Citect is. However, first 4 pages are from PLC configuration where I've added a SIMATIC PC Station(1) and you can see how I've created S7 connection between SIMATIC 300(1) and SIMATIC PC Station(1). Another 4 pages display how I've configured PC_Station1 on the remote computer where the SIMATIC SOFTNET(OPC) and VIjeo CItect are installed. Everything went well until I start OPC Scout and connect to OPC.ConnectNET and create a new group S7 as it desribed in FAQ. But in OPC Navigator I don't have a SYM folder which should contains a CPU and data bloks subfolders and I can't add the symbols from PLC to OPC. So, I hope I achived to explain my problem Thanx forward! Best regards, Vladimir AttachmentConfiguration.pdf (742 Downloads) |
