communication between WinCC OPC Server & any OPC Client by Lease line phone connection through tcp /ip

I do not think there is any thing special just because it is a telephone line.(Correct me if I am wrong) excepet it is going to be slow.One you are connected, you are not changing any communication protocol just changing the medium. So the onyl extra settings should be your dial-up settings.Make sure our DCOM settings are done properly. www.opcfoundation.org > Downloads > White Papers > Using OPC via DCOM with Windows XP Service Pack 2. |
