Hervinder Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hi Thanks for the info There is no PCMCIA card , All we had done earlier is to disconnect the battery on the CCU and re-installed the CCU. We have gone over the instructions and done the following 1. removed the CCU again and re-installed . 2. set S3 to 1 and powered up but no change All lights on the CCU are on and display cycling 0 - 1 - 9 The CCU was just replaced with a exchange unit from UK two weeks ago as we had the same problem earlier CCU unit. If we are unable to get the CCU to reset and load the files how can we request for a site visit to have the problem sorted ? will appreciate your advice and assistance
