communication problem with CP443-1

I would recommend checking if the Connection is loaded on both CP’s. If you want to check this you have two choices to do so.

1. Use Netpro and check the State of the Connection.
2. Use the special diagnosis, better known as NCM Diagnosis.

This will show if the connection is placed in the CP and if the parameters are right.

As far as I remember you wrote that you have no Hub or Switch in between the two CP’s. Do you use a cross over cable than? Is the Link state of theCPup / lit?
