1. Yes the serial number of GSD matchesthe serial number of IM (6ES7 151-3AA23-0AB0).

2. All LED's on CPU are green. The ON LED on IM module is green. Other are off.

1. I added the IM to the topology exactly from "Distributed I/O" folder. I thought, all elements from hardware catalog are GSD or GSDML files. According to your advise, I tried to search GSD-file in the folder "Other field devices" (I suppose, did you mean this folder) and also with the search, but haven't found the GSD-file for IM151-3PN. Maybe I can download it from Siemens site?

2. In the attachment you can find topology view online. Unfortunately I cannot find the button "Compare" or something else to see the list of differences between online and offline configuration. How can I do it?

3. To the IM151-3PN I added PME-module (6ES7 138-4CA01-0AA0), two DI (6ES7 131-4BD01-0AA0) and one AI (6ES7 134-4FB01-0AB0). On the PME and AI modules are LED's SF active, LED's should be off as soon as I can connect IM to the C240.

I downloaded the al rebuilded HW Config (PLC_1 -> right click -> Compile hardware (rebuild all)  then PLC_1 -> right click ->Download to device -> Hardware configuration). Actually I do this sequence of actions every time. But by going online I still receive the warning message:

"Going online: the HW configuration of the PLC_1 was changed but it was not compiled and loaded yet. The shown diagnostics is possibly inconsistent or wrong".

Also I compared online and offline configuration. But the message was "Offline/online comparison completed successfully. Result is saved in additional files". I don't know how to open comparision file in TIA, but I found in in project. I attached it as text file.

The screen with online-offline comparision is attached.

I downloaded the compiled project from TIA Scout ("Save and compile button and then Target  system -> Load -> Download project to target system) one more time, but the problem is still here.
