Communication Problem with MP377

Wacker Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have problem communicating with MP377. I am using ethernet X cable for communication between Configuration PC and MP377. The transfer settings in MP and PG/PC settings in PC are OK. I can ping both ways i.e from PC to MP and vice versa. But when I click check device settings from PROSAVE, communication starts, in MP message changes from "connecting to host" to "transferring data". But in PC message comes "communication is interrupted" after some time. Please help.
