communication problems with cp243-1 module and PC access

greetings
I have a s7200 cpu 224 plc and a module cp243-1 and I have an application in WinCC 6.0 sp2 which can run the application in the prefect state plc by pc / ppi.
my problem is when you change the interface pc / pg mode tcp / ip estableser can not communicate with the CP 243-1 module and tried all the settings tcp / ip but can not get anything and even tried utp crossover cable connected directly to Ethernet module and is more even and CP 243-1 module connected to a router, doing a ping from my pc run pc able to see it but can not access and communication.
Maybe the evil and set cp243-1 Wizard
if someone could please help me solve this problem would be very grateful
