Communication Profibus DP CPU416 and DISOMAT TERSUS using DISOMAT Tersus V3.

A few years ago we worked to integrate a Disocount module (Scheck Process) over Profbus to a Step 7 CPU, and we found it was quite an effort. We got it partially done finally, butt many parameters were never mapped to the CPU, after many weeks of work.

Today, to answer your question, I found this document from Schenck, proposing specuial blocks for the connection of Disocount weighing machines to Step 7 and PCS 7. They do not mention whether these blocks can be downloaded or if they have to be purchased, but I suggest, if you are interested, that you inquire from them what you would need for your project , using the contact information in the last page of this document:
