I've got a system based on ET200SP, the main processor is 1512SP-1PN with 8 IM155-6 PN HF modules connected through profinet to main processor. The main processor will be connected through PN/PN coupler to DCS system. The DCS system has to read/write information from/to my system. So i have set up two data blocks in my controller (both combined 2000 bytes size). The question is, will i be able to transfer my data blocks directly to DCS system through PN/PN coupler. I've seen that i can transfer 1024bytes through coupler. Is there any way around this?

You can do Multiplexing.

You can split your data into smaller packets.
You can use for example the first byte as a Counter to indicate the data packet being transmitted and transmitted different data packets in different cycles.

 As the PN cycles can differ on both sides, it can be helpful if the other side sends back number of the received/read packet.

PN/PN coupler is not the best method for transferring 2000 bytes of  data.
However if you are stuck with it, You can do Multiplexing.

You can split your data into smaller packets.

 Are there any other way around this besides controller with two Profinet interfaces?

I'm getting just one IP address from DCS, and they do not want to see my whole system on their network, so i guess i am left only with communication through PN/PN coupler?

I should use Blockmove function for the separation?

Also i forgot to mention, they are programming my data blocks tags in their WINcc. Will everything be ok, if they assign tags of my db, for example DB50.DBD0 for a temp of a room and so on.

DCS cannot directly access the Data Blocks in your PLC with a PN/PN coupler in between.
Basically both the systems have to be on a common network .
You can use a TCP link and have a Hardware Firewall between the two systems

If it is a Siemens PCS7 system, you can establish a S7 connection and Read / Write Data through Get/Put  or Send /Receive

For Non Siemens DCS you can Go in for  TCP-OPEN communication.

In either case to isolate the two networks, a Hardware firewall can be provided.

 It is PCS7 they are using. 

So basically if i'm using PN/PN they cant directly read (with GET/PUT commands) from my controller, because we're on different networks. And this means they will not be able to use my data block as their tags for visualization. This is not good, since they're already drawing my system in winCC with the tags i've given for them
