The TP1200 shows # on each fields approximatively once a week

The simotion is still working normally

The communication through Profinet IO between the S7-1511 and the Simotion are still working fine.

But no communication with the TP and the PG

The only solution is to shutdown and restart 

In attachment You find the Simotion load.

Does anyone know what to do to avoid it. Does anyone had this issue?

If you suspect processor load is too high, change your SERVO CYCLE update rate from 3ms to 4ms and redownload.

Do You think the load as it is now is too high?

The customer is at a few thousand KM from my place, that's why I ask for advice.
