Communication Wincc V13 TIA portal and Step 7 V5.5

Hi,

I have a Step 7 V5.5 and Wincc V13 TIA portal.

I have migrated my integrated OS project from Simatic Manager to Wincc TIA, the migration was done successfully.

I want to know how shall I enable communication between the Wincc TIA and step 7 V5.5..?

whats changes am I suppose to make in simatic manager (if required) in order to facilitate the communication between step 7 and wincc V13 TIA.

Split from Connect s7 v5.5+sp1 and wincc v13+sp1.

Hello,

you must create a "Device Proxy" in TIA.

Then initalisize the Proxy with the PLC Data from the classic Step7 project.

After that you can connect the PLC Tags in the Proxy with the HMI.
