in this situation if your PLC is Client, you must define in your connection - Active connection establishment on left side, not to Partner PC. Look to Ports value also and set as you need. Change this, recompile all for sure and download to your PLC. After that, turn off/on PLC and go to online inside your block, then change needed inputs and check your code.

You should also deactivate your Anti Virus Software or Firewall for testing the connection. We hav also Problems with it in the past in this topic.

I quit the antivirus and firewall and i modified the programm with the Active connection establishment in the other side. Put port 2000... and not recieved any. The status of the block TCON is 7002...

your status is OK, you have connection to PC application Server established. That status only show info that you don't need still require for connection establisment, you have it. Pls use your TIA help and check your instructions/blocks. There are all needed infos for you. From your info now I know that I was right, you had not correct configuration of who will initiate connection establisment. Now if I good remember your project enable SEND req and you must receive on PC application your one BYTE with value 16#30. Give us info.

pls be sure that PC application Works ok, I don't know that application, you can check that on your PC with 2 instances running on local host connection and check them interconnected, or use for test Hyperterminal application. Another recommendation can be for sure not using digital inputs as Input parameters, but some memory bits. Pls continue tests with TCON, also your cables or hub/switch (if you're using it) are ok? Look, it looks strange that you have TCON status 7002 (connection was established...) and you have also BUSY status, maybe your Server application connect and disconnect continuesly your PLC. Keep in mind, if you don't have connection established, you can't send data logically. Check functionality of PC applications interconnected and give us info.

Update: also pls keep in mind that status value can change very quickly and you probably can miss each value changed. Therefore is recommended use of some conditions in code to save status values or another system of warnings to know exactly what's matter.

look, I have created very same project as yours from scratch, nothing special, one TCON, one TSEND as yours 1 BYTE from DB, connection ID cfg and made tests with my Server application, working without problems. Of course I set that Active connection to PLC not PC, you have set that wrong, but no problem now, you have corrected this.

Update: meanwhile I've test that SW and working ok also on local host with 2 instances. Looks like good utility for everyone who need have TCP Server and Client general application. Only one disadvantage in my opinion, no capability of send HEX format messages. So what now to test?

Update2: aaaaaaaaaaaah now typically WIN ask for Firewall permission of application access to I/O, so this can be problem. Look to Windows Firewall and enable simply this application.

with my experience ... your pc application must be better in client mode.

Your plc must  be in server mode.

doesn't matter... For most cases PC applications are Servers and also external devices. I got oposite experience.

Update: also forget to say that now for sure have tested his first project (attached) with set Active communiaction to PLC and working ok. Really sry, simply hard to help in some situations...
