I also want to make a communication with s7-1200 with Delta servo drive A2.
But i haven't try it get. Do you have any other examples how to doit?

What is number of starting address of DELTA A2 to fill in "DATA_ADDR" ?

For example, I want to write data to parameter P1-09 (0112h 0113h).

as darius explained 

when you look at the help of the ASAD-A2 drive it refers to the parameter address as 112H (H = Hex)

you then take a any tipe of converter that can convert HEX -> DEC 

i.e 112(Hexadecimal) converts to 274(Decimal)

and then to read write in Modbus you need to convert it to the 40k register in siemens you add 40 001 and you have the modus register  in this case

274+40 001 = 40275

Hello,

in case you want write to Holding register of Slave, look to TIA help about MB_MASTER -> DATA_ADR. There is good table described how to set in this case input parameter due your request. You can use mode with write one register or multiple registers. In this case you need set MODE to 1 (write) which is MB FC 06. Due your LEN parameter you specify if you want write one or more registers with one request. Your request address of Slave data is Dec - 274 and 275, it can be one register 274 and one 275. Because Siemens define Holding registers from value 40001 dec, you need add your requested address 274 to this, so I expect your requested address 40275 and 40276. This can be your DATA_ADR values. All depends to Slave data type, it can be one WORD register or DWORD/REAL value register, look to Slave documentation. Due this you need set LEN to 1 (if you want write only one register or 2).
