Compatibility between different 'service packs' of the same issue of WinCC

I am currently working on updating a project for a good customer, and am worried about the following issues: The customer is currently running WinCC V6.0.0.1 with a Runtime Only licence We have in the office, WinCC V6.0.3.0 (and a development licence) Are there possible issues migrating projects to and from the above releases? Thanks for any pointers.

Danielle Posts: 1275 Rating: (123)	Hi, WinCC isn't downwards compatible. So if you edit the project in v6.0 SP3 it won't work properly in any previous versions. You could use the same version in both stations, so there would be no problems. You can update both licenses to v6.0 SP4 for free. It's recommended that you should always use the latest version. Even if you don't update the to SP4, about that engineering station with SP3, remember that there's a hotfix 2 for that version, which must be installed. Best regards, Danielle

The on-site licence is owned by the customer, and I do not know their support history or purchase details. Is it a 'downloadable' update? If so, where can I get it? (I'm in the UK, and have had problems downloading updates / service packs before because of region issues).
