Compatibility between WinCC 7.0 and WinCC Flexible 2007

I have a problem with WinCC 7.0 both with Alarm Logging and Tag Logging. The runtime loading was stoping on Alarm Logging initialization. I disabled Alarm Logging runtime, however now it is stoping on Tag Logging initialization. Most probably the problem is in the SQL Server services. On the same machine i have WinCC Flexible 2007 with his own installation of SQL Server. Perhaps there is a conflict between SQL Servers. Should I uninstall some of them or there is some more elegant solution? Thanks in advance.

April Posts: 1776 Rating: (95)	Hi, as i heared flexible 2007 and WinCC V7.0 should work togehter independent of the install sequence. flexible 2008 should be installed after WinCC V7.0. If you have the possibillity try to uninstall flexible 2007. Or contact the hotline

The problem was in disabled NT LM Security Support Privider service which was disabled by some system utility software. This utilities sometimes know to be really big headache. Now everything is fine. Thanks very much. Marino.
