WinCC options in the TIA Portal usually have version-independent License Keys (e.g. WinCC Logging, WinCC Recipes, WinCC Audit, SIMATIC ProDiag (from V14) for WinCC Runtime Advanced or WinCC Audit, SIMATIC ProDiag (from V14) for SIMATIC Comfort/Mobile Panels).
