I would like to know the guide for choosing "Software(Only changes)" or "Software(Rebuild all)" if you have the knowledge.

Customer is often using "Software(Only changes)" for make compile time short.

But there is some issue when they use it like failure of update(now we don't know why it's occuring).

I understand that it's better they will conduct "Software(Rebuild all)" everytime.

For efficient engineering, I would like to get your cooperation for understanding which is the best case to use in compiling.

 I always use rebuild all option, to avoid problems.

I requested because line building customer would like to reduce engineering time.
