Compliling in Scout and getting an error: The Library 'LMCBasic.lib' does not support the device type 'D425-2 V5.1

Taking an older version of my project from V4.3 to V5.1. I have changed the device type from D425-2 V4.3 to D425-2 V5.1 and downloaded. Compliling in Scout I get an error: The Library 'LMCBasic.lib' does not support the device type 'D425-2 V5.1'. In Scout I've right clicked on the library -> Properties -> Technology Packages -> Upgrade, and it upgraded to V5.2 (even though I selected V5.1) This doesn't seem to have solved the problem, I still can't compile.
