Study the communication capabilities of your Mitsubishi CPU, then see if one of the mentionned protocols  will match with the S7-1500 networks.

The concept of Modbus TCP communications between S7-1500 and {device} is expected to be the same. If {device} = S7-1200 or {device} =Mitsubishi.
