The link below contains plenty of examples, if your data volume is less than 160 bytes, GET/PUT will do the job, ifits more then I would opt for BSEND/BRECV. S7-300 CPU 31x -- Configuring and programming communication -- Using communication blocks Additional examples can also be found at Simatic Net quickstart page. If you really want to use the OpenIE ones, I suggest youuse at leastan ISO-on-TCP link instead of pure TCP and you'll find an awful lot of good reference info in the Compedium below: CPU-CPU communication with SIMATIC controllers (compendium) I hope this helps
