configuration New IPC as spare but there are communication problem

Dear Sir , 

i have S7-400 H redundant system with 3 ES-OS ( IPC 6AG4104-2CA32-1FC0 ) and the system running well . 

we ordered new IPC as spare for any old IPC but the new one has different part number ( 6AG4104-3DA32-1FC0 ) 

we fixed the CP 1623 on the new IPC

we tried to install image from the old ipc on the new one but we can't do this , so we installed all softwares that we have 

but when we open Wincc runtime , there isn't communication with network 

i can't know what is the problem 

i noticed different in s7 redconnect connection diagonistic i think there is problem in this 

please tell me the steps that i have to follow to establish good communication
