Configure illuminated pushbuttons on KTP700F

BemHaja11 Advanced Member Joined: 3/14/2016 Last visit: 4/13/2022 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hi, i am trying to configure and simulate the illuminated pushbutton functions for a KTP700F on WinCC Advanced V13.0 SP2 and i am not having much luck. As far as i could understand so far, i will not be able to simulate the LED functions but i need to at least be able to use the buttons to enable functions from the pushbuttons for testing purposes. I've been trying to follow the system manual which has an example for configuration but it seems to me that it has some errors in the examples that are presented (in attachment), and i cannot get it to work. Also, in the system manual it has a table for the availability of Wincc element objects (also in attachment), and for the illuminated pushbutton it seems it is not available for Wincc Runtime advanced. Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 4/17/2025 Posts: 15311 Rating: (1893)	Hello BemHaja11 go to Screen Management-> Global Screen then click on one of the F Buttons (F1-F8) and also the K1 and K2 Here you could set a Tag for the LED or at the K Buttons for Illumination. Everything else is described in the Manual you send us or in TIA Help System. But you could only use this LED Funktions in a global way, so you have to use the Area Pointer Screennumber to know in which Screen you are in Runtime. Bye Murof
