If your CPU only has a MPI port, then the only way you can configure a Profibus-DP bus is by using a CP 342-5. MPI is a subset odf Profibus, but does not support master-slave communications, so cannot be used with your ET modules and drives.

This CP 342-5 communication processor can be setup either as master or slave on the Profibus network. As a master, you can connect it to Profibus-DP slaves (such as ET modules and drives).
