Hello Rafa Linares, The issue stems from mbConnect24 and M2Web accessing the Web Client via a proxy server. For several months, I’ve encountered a problem where the Web Client is accessible through M2Web, but the login window fails to load because it attempts to connect to the server's IP address instead of M2Web's proxy address. I’ve discussed this extensively with the WinCC Unified development team, but they have yet to provide a viable solution. While there is a document on their website that supposedly addresses this, it hasn’t worked for me. According to the team, the settings need to be reconfigured after each download, and the solution only applies to Runtimes (not panels) and requires a static proxy server address (whereas M2Web assigns a variable address). So far, I haven’t found a resolution. This seems like an issue that M2Web and Siemens need to collaborate on, especially since M2Web is commonly used with Siemens visualizations, and Siemens is positioning WinCC Unified as the future of visualization. |
