I have a mobile panel 6AV6645-0BA01-0AX0. According to the documentation, it can be configured using TIA v11 to V14. Is there any trick, how can I configure it using TIA V15.1?

If I will replace the mobile panel in project with 6AV6 645-0BC01-0AX0, will I be able to download the project to the device of different part number?

Received an answer from Siemens support:

"Contrary to the technical data of the Mobile Panels 1st generation, these devices are still included in WinCC V15 and V15.1. They can be newly created, further modified and also transferred to the hardware.

The device version of this device types was freezed since WinCC V12 SP1 with the image version V12.0.0.0.

Only with WinCC V16 the devices were finally removed from the WinCC software. Corresponding information can be found in the delivery release for WinCC V16. (point "changed device support").

The device with the MLFB 6AV6645-0BA01-0AX0 is a Mobile Panel 177 PN. This type is available in different expansion levels with and without STOP button and key switch. In TIA WinCC is only the highest expansion level available in the hardware catalogue available (6AV6645-0BC01-0AX0) including the note for "futher article numbers: 6AV6645-0BA01-0AX0 & 6AV6645-0BB01-0AX0".

If you have a ...-0BA01..., you have to program  a project for the device with the MLFB 6AV6645-0BC01-0AX0."
