Hello AsAPLC Width of Active Bus Module for Power Supply = 97mm Width of 6 Nos. Active Bus Modules for SMs = 6x80 = 480mm Total Width = 577mm These will not fit on 530mm DIN Rain ( 6es7195-1gf30-0xa0 ) You need 620mm DIN Rail : 6ES7195-1GG30-0XA0 - ET200M, RAIL 620MM May be a Bug in the System Configurator Hope this helps Cheers Navnag |

Thanks UMENCHO BTW - Have you asked Moderator to Hide the "Thanks" button from your posts Dear AsAPLC As suggested by UMENCHO, you should start another thread with the exact details of your problem ( With exact version of Configurator ) so that the Bug if anycan be removed in the next update. Cheers Navnag |

We can do nothing except hope that programmers at SIEMENS do their jobs error free instead of releasing Service Packs & Updates after a while |

But when you install bus units on the racks, part of it is being inserted into the next bus unit. Please look at attached picture. Siemens provides Racks suitable for insert / remove function in many widthes.
Hope this helps. |

Hellomostref You need 417 mm to install 5 bus modules. So if you installed them on the 483mm rack, the free space would be (483-417) = 66 mm. Please revise my explanation bellow which I published in previous post.

If you take a look at calculations everything is clear! I don't think someone would explain you better than the numbers.
