Hello rogerdc; The Engineering manual suggested earlier contains information on IEC 61850 compatibility for Siprotec 5/DIGSI 5 relays, as you can see tin the attachment below.So you only need to configure the relay's Ethernet port through DIGSI 5 to access IEC 61850 functionnalities.
