I do not know of any simple solution for this kind of setup.

Repeaters and OLMs all use the same speed setting that is configured in the DP master in all their segments.

So, to my knowledge, : either you lower the communication speed of all the nodes to 9600 bauds, or you insert a second master in your PLC to communicate with the higher-speed nodes in a separate network.

If anyone knows of some type of repeater/coupler that could change the segment speed on a Profibus-DP network, that could be interesting for future projects.

hard situation. First idea (maybe not correct but quick in my head) is use some gateway that change DP to Profinet/Ethernet????? and on next segment same gateway with of course defined other IP. Then theoretically can be this 'network' readable with PG/PC (only test). Sry, very quick idea, don't have this situation in my history. Hope other experts give correct solution.

Now I use cheapest S7-1200 with Profibus CP as gateway between slow Profibus and Profinet. Maybe more correct solution for this is Simatic IE/PB Gateway, but it is much more expensive.
