hello I have cp341-1ch02. and gimac-i( energy instrument meter from LS company) I need to connect the cp with the instrument to read data as voltage,power, current .... ect. how I do that?without dongle ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

Hello alaa; Th gimac-I website staes that it communicates over Modbus RTU. Without dongle, you could try this application, provided by our friend TIB68: MODBUS RTU MASTER FOR CP340/341/441-X (NO DONGLE REQUIRED) However, the gimac-i manual provides no information on the Modbus mapping (internal registers of the unit). This is somewhat important, as you must program the functions of the CP 341 to request specific data for your communicqtions. You should ask LSIS about that information. hello I read manules about MODBUS\RTU .here useful link explain the process step by step http://www.simplymodbus.ca/SimplyModbusMaster7.1.2Install.zip but when I try use it in simatic manger I faced some problems if I have 4 slaves every one of them has 16 request the total 64 what the relation between slaves and no. of cp address(256-271) ; |
