I would like to connect Honeywell Experion PKS system via SST-PFB-CLX-MASTER installed ( ProfibusDP media) to Siemense PLC (S7 313-5BF03-0AB0).

3rd party system has CP 342-5.

Would you please send me related GSD file for   (S7 313-5BF03-0AB0)?

6ES7 313-5BF03-0AB0 doesn't have the integral PROFIBUS interface , so you nned to try the gsd file for CP342-5 and it can be found here:
