Unfortunately, your description does not tell us anything about your problems. We do not know which version you are using, whether it is a general access problem or whether WinCC Unified PC Runtime does not allow you to establish an additional connection.

However, assuming that it is not a general connection problem, my first guess would be that you do not have the required client license. Without an additional license, only one remote connection is allowed.
