You answerd to a very old topic with an unfriedly post. Then you have not WinCC flexible as in this conference. So you should create an own Topic in the WinCC (TIA Portal) conference.

To your question, I would not recommend using a PC Adapter for communication, I would use a Communication Processor. But theoretical it should also work with an PC Adapter.

In the configuration you have to use only some of the Communication processors (for example CP5711). It only for configuring the HMI connection in your HMI project. Later you do not load the PC Station configuration in the most cases (only if you have a special simatic Net configuration, then you will need a Communication processor).

Important is that you use a logical Access Point in your HMI Connection like S7ONLINE.

You just load the Advanced RT to the Runtime PC. Then you have to set the PGPC Settings in the Runtime PC (Control Panel-> View-> Small Symbols). Here you should see your PC Adapter if the drivers are correctly used. then you can assign the S7ONLINE Access Point to the PC Adapter Device (use not Auto Setting)

USB Adapter and USB Adapter A2 not supported for WinCC RT (no Simatic Net devices)

The Only USB Communication processor which is supported is the CP5711
