These are not equipment I use, but I can see there is not enough information in your question. Consider filling in more detail on what you have tried to do up to now.

Have you used "Online Access" found in the Project Tree of TIA Portal to identify the hardware on the network? The IP addresses might be in need to be assigned of each device. Try connecting directly to the device using a network cable if the devices are unresponsive in the network. It is assumed that you have tested your PC and the cable beforehand.

What are your findings?

Check the following settings.

In the panel:

-Check that the transfer mode of the panel it's automatic (in case it is in manual mode you must put the panel in transfer mode when charging).

-Check the transfer protocol (PN/IE) and the IP of the panel it's in the same subnet of the PC.

In the en engineering PC:

-Cehck that the IP of your PC it's in the same subnet of the panel. Try to perform a ping.

-Check the PG/PC settings. Select your network adapter with the protocol TCPIP.1.

-In the advanced load menu select the same protocolo that you selected in the panel (PN/IE).
