i  have S7-1200 , how can i connect the plc with PC by Ethernet to transfer data , i mean make PLC give some information to PC ?

you mean projecttransfer from PC to PLC with TIA?
Connect the PLC directly to the networkcard of the PC
start accessible nodes in TIA and select the Networkcard
If the S7-1200 ist found assign a IP in the Same Range of the Networkcard

no , i want  transfer data to pc such as status of input and out put and use this data in software in pc 

then you should use the open communication blocks , T_send + T_Recv.

or you use the LCOM Library for S7-1200

Another solution could be a ftp transfer from the PLC to the PC.

Alternativly you could install a OPC, ie. 6GK1704-1LW13-0AK0 server on the PC
