I want to connect S7 1212 AC/DC/Rly KTP 700 HMI and also I want to connect PC with TCP/IP.

PC will read and write some number inside memory area, Our supplier will write a special program with  delhpi, based on TCP /IP. 

Please advise me the configration. We try to place scalance xb005, but we couldn't , TIA portal don't allow it.

sry but don't understand clearly what your problem is, problem with Scalance or problem how to configure communication with PC application? If I can give my opinion to that communication, first question can be what PC application can do, is user TCP communication or some kind of OPC? Via this info you can jump next, simply if PC application is working with user defined message frame over TCP connection, then you need implement friend communication on PLC side for propper Exchange of data. If PC application is like OPC system, application can living it's own life with Exchange data to/from PLC, you don't need make any user communication in this case on PLC side. So?

I want to connect PC to S7 1212 plc, I want to read and write some memory area with special program which is based on TCP/IP. And also I will connect 1 HMI to same profinet.  And I will connect a server to same profinet which will cominicate with first PC. I couldn't place CSM 1277 modüle or sclance X208 for new profinet connections.

How can I connect PC to PLC and how can I use more profinet inputs,
