Dear sir,

         i want to connect s7 300 as a master & 128 s7 1200 plc as a slave ,is it possible or not plz suggest me.

So i suggest you want to run a controler-device communication on profinet.

In that case it´s possible. Note : S7-1200 requires firmware 4.0 to be configured as I-device.
