Thank you. Hi! When you say system restore are you refering to the HMI? In case you do, I tried to reset to factory settings, but I cant make this functionality work in TIA V11 SP1... It says that it is not possible to accomplish the action because of the current mode of the HMI (online mode). I also tried to do it using prosave, but it wont connect..
