There are many protocols you can use between S7 CPUs, connecting through the integrated Profinet port; Profinet, TCP/IP, ISO-on-TCP..., and various function blocksand communication functions to .select based on the amount of data you need to transfer; the smallest amount of bytes (and easiest to program) would use PUT/Get functions, the largest BSend/BRcv blocks.

Start by reviewing the following Application Note and manual:

I have configured TCP connection in both stations with Netpro and it shows Established  status in both of them but I tried to transfer data with "PUT" and "GET" Function blocks. the functions returns no error and zero code in status but CPU don't transfer data.

DO you think what's the problem?

my problem solved with using "AG_send" and "AG_recv" functions but I need to do my project with using "put" and "get" functions, so I configured a S7connection in NETPRO.

now my problem is this: I can't establish the connection.

perhaps your S7-300 are too old for put / get ? I would first check the technical data sheet of your cpu.

how is the configuration on the other side? There you have to establisch an passive connection.

Did you specify TSAP of the Partner CPU?

The post from mopS4 is not accurate when it comes to PUT commands. You do not need a connection in the partner plc when using PUT.

One thing I would like to check:
You use a CPU317-DP with CP343-1 ?

The FB15 - PUT block you are using, did you take it from the "SIMATIC_NET_CP" library in the "CP 300" Blocks folder?
Make sure you have, because this is the one you need for CP343 communication.
The same FB15 - PUT you find in the "Standard Library" - "Communication Blocks" is only for the integrated port and will not work with CP cards.

And in the connection, how does the "Address details" look like?
I would guess the rack/slot say 0/2.
