Is it possible to connect S7-300  and S7-400 over Ethernet, without changing hardware configuration on any PLC?

Problem is, because on both PLCs are running critical factory processes  and we can't STOP them at all. 

PLC's are on same subnet.

if your PLCs have an integrated Profinet interface you could use the open user communication using TCON, TSEND...

This TCP connection must not be configured in NetPro and you must not change the HW configuration.

can you pls more specify what you need? Because if you can't stop them at all, there is no place to implement something.

I don't want to change hardware configuration because there can be some errors and i can't afford PLC to be shutdown more than 30 min.

 I look at this manual, but there are changes on netpro. Because of that i need to download new hardware configuration and i dont want to do it.

Hello,

but without change HW configuration (communication settings,...) you can nothing do. In case what Towome said before, if there is yet configured communication in that CPUs, then you will only implement open communication without HW changes, but this is in my opinion unpossible due some expecting to future.

I don´t know were you are lookin at!?

The FAQ and the procedure, Towome shared with you, is a programmable communication, compared to a configurated communication like S7-communication.

You don´t have to change something in HW-config or Netpro. There is only a need to load some blocks and implement it in your programm.
