Hello Andromachi; The only information I have found in S7 CPUs connecting to PT 10000 sensors is in the S7-200 family See attachment, taken from the S7-200 system manual).. There seem to be no analog modules (so far as I have found) capable of dealing with this type of sensor in the S7-300, S7-1200 and S7-1500 families. If you have worked with the S7-200 CPUs, you could connect them with your S7-300 CPU easily over MPI (using GET/PUT instructions) for example. Interconnection types with S7-200 https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/733797 Another option: Depending on the number of these RTDs on the client's board, you could also look at signal converters, such as the MACX MCR-T-UI-UP Temperature to Analog signal converter from Phoenix Contacts, shown in the following brochure; they accept PT 10000 RTDs as inputs: http://www.phoenixhighlights.com/highlights2011/pdf/07_MACX_MCR_FR.pdf Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
