Hello hdhosseini the only way to fully avoid the creation of a cold junction in a field termination box is to use wires that are made from the same material as the thermocouple (and use internal compensation for the AI card which is now your "cold junction"). If the above is not feasible (i.e. youmust have copper cable from the AI card to the field terminal of the thermocouple), you can opt for an external compensation with a compensation box.
