Connecting to g120 via routing

proov123 Posts: 77 Rating: (3)	Hi, i'm using G120 frequency converters which are connected via profibus to the s7 315 pn/dp cpu. I'm connected to the plc via ethernet. How could i assign addresses to the converters? Right now they don't have anything in them ( new devices). In starter the converters have s7online as access point. Pg/pc interface in step7 is s7online too. I tried hw conf->plc->profibus->assign profibus address... but got an error : right now you have not made any profibus interface parameter assignment to the access point s7online. Call up the set pg/pc interface to do this.

This is first a feature of PLC not really of Starter or G120. If he use a PLC 315-2 DP/PN V3.1 is independed if you use S7-Routing or dataset routing, the PLC support both connections.
