The connection terminals are described on page 90 of the manual https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&lang=en&objid=7NG3242.....&caller=view With a four wire device, HART needs to be connectedacrossthe current output, not the power. There's a note about bridging the test jack connection isthe current output modeis 0-20mA mode. As with all HART comm, does the loop have the minimum resistance? Typcially ~ 250 ohms? If bench testing, many people forget to put resistance in the output loop. Have tried connecting with LifeList and using the discover device button? |
