Connecting WinCC7.0 to S7-200 CPU

Hallo,

A few weeks ago we started developing operator station based on WinCC 7.0. I created a test project, but I have been unable to create link between WinCC and PLC. The PLC used is CPU226 with CP243-1 ethernet communication processor. The only sucess is that ethernet link have been established, I sucessfuly downloaded project from NetPro. I tried to make connection with OPC Scout, but that only resulted in message"Timeout due to broken connection". Curiously, packet are send and recieved during connection attempt. These are my settings step by step:

Simatic NCM Manager:

- Create new project (CP243-1)
- Delete MPI(1) object
- Insert new object: Industrial Ethernet (name: Ethernet)
- Insert new object: Simatic PC Station (name: SIMATIC PC Station)
- SIMATIC PC Station -> Configuration
(In HW Config)
- Insert SIMATIC PC Station -> User Application -> OPC Server -> ... SW V6.0 SP4 in Slot 1
- Insert SIMATIC PC Station -> CP Industrial Ethernet -> IE General -> ... SW V6.2 in Slot 2

- Subnet: Ethernet, IP: 192.12.45.24, SUBNET: 255.255.255.0 (From Ethernet interface configuration)
(In HW Config)
- Save and Compile
(In NetPro)

- Select OPC Server
- Insert new connection

- In the current project (CP243-1) -> Unspecified, Connection Type: S7 connection -> OK

- Partner Address: 192.12.45.23, Address Details: Connection Resource: 10
- Local Interface: IE General
- Ok
- Save and Compile: No errors


(Configuration Console)

- Application -> Select OPC protocol: only S7 is selected -> Apply
- Modules -> Intel(R) PRO/100 VE N... (onboard ethernet controller on PG) -> General -> Interface profile: TCP/IP(Auto)
- Mode of the module: Configured mode, Index: 2
- Apply
(Station Configuration Editor)

- Index 2: Name: Intel(R) PRO/100 VE N..., Type: IE General, Run/STOP: OK
- Index 1: Add -> Type: OPC Server, OK
- Station name: SIMATIC PC Station -> OK
(NetPro)

- Options -> Set PG/PC Interface -> PC internal (local) -> OK
- Select SIMATIC PC Station -> PLC -> Download to Current Project -> Selected Stations

Download is sucessful.

Can somebody guide me how to access and modify variables and flags in the controller memory via WinCC.
