Connection between PC station and IM151-8 PN/DP cpu

DavidBest Advanced Member Joined: 10/29/2014 Last visit: 7/25/2022 Posts: 18 Rating: (3)	Hello, I have done the HWConfig of a new IM151-8 PN/DP cpu and assigned an ip address in its "properties" setting, but I could not download to PLC because the network connection was not established. I am using Simatic Manager. I have tried the fllowing: 1. 1. In Step 7 Menu PLC -> Edit Ethernet Node. Click ON Browse....But no node was displayed 2. Used different TCP/IP options on PG/ Interface setting......no luck I could not ping successfully the CPU from my PC so I know the problem is with the configuration. Any help on this will be appreciated. Thanks David

I do not have antivirus on the PC. I could not ping still successfully the CPU from my PC and the download does not work . Do you have any other suggestion?
