Hi, I think this could be system behavior in a connection between a WinCC station and S7-1500R/H when pointing to the system IP address. However, to try to improve WinCC's response to switchover, I would recommend: - Try configuring the "TCPIP.1" option (without <Auto>) in the "Set PG/PC Interface" tool. - Install the latest update released for both WinCC and SIMATIC NET. - Eventually, use the software redundancy script instead of pointing to the system IP address: WinCC V8 Communication > Software redundancy for S7-1500R/H |
A rating will be well appreciated. |

Hello HungTT I would say also if you use the systemIP the connectino should not be interrupted . This is also an advancetage of the systemIP: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109818894/121614915979 If you have problems you could try to open a Service request at Siemens Support -> Updates for WinCC do not change the license you need. they are only bugfixing and improvements of system stability bye Murof |
