Connection CPU 313C with HMI, " 33:16944 Online: No other active Partner can be found "

Hello everybody,

I have new CPU 313C with HMI ( LS - XP30BTE ).

In start of the project , I connected to the CPU and downloaded the project in CPU , then Connected to the HMI and downloaded the HMI project , finally connecting HMI to PLC but seen message " Connection time out "

Now when connecting to CPU as PC again , see the message : " 33:16944 Online: No other active Partner can be found " 

My PC Adapter is : PC Adapter USB A2

I can connect to any CPU by current PC Adapter .

Please help me .

Split from "33:16944 Online: No other active Partner can be found" error when I try to go online.

some more information are necessary. 

Which Software do you use? Step7 5.5? TIA V11/12/13? SPx? WinCCflex?

Which communication is between CPU and HMI?

The more we know, the more we can help.

I use Simatic Manager 5.5 and LS HMI Software ( XP-Builder 1.33 )

Old tried Connection : RS232C : 2<>3     3<>2   5<>5   in PLC side jump pins 4<>6 and 7<>8

New tried Connection : RS485(2wire) :  3PLC<>RX+&TX+HMI   8PLC<>RX-&TX-HMI

New question published by problem plc is split to a separate thread with the subject Format MMC, Error "No other active partner can be found".
